The form "in my opinion" or "I think" in Turkish: bence
When you want to say your opinions, you may use "I think" or "in my opinion" in English. In Turkish, this is a bit different from literal translation of them. I will give you a table to use them:

| they (onlar) | - | onlara göre | onların fikrine göre |
As you see, we don't use -ce suffix for third person. They can be also used with "düşünce".
Let's see the examples;
Bence hatalısın.
I think you are wrong.
But -a göre form is generally used in the sentences built with -malı/meli:
Bana göre, kardeşin buraya gelmemeli.
I think, your sister shouldn't come here.
It can also be used with bence:
Bence kardeşin buraya gelmemeli
Or other examples;
Ankara'ya otobüsle gitsek bence daha iyi olur
I think it would be better to go to Ankara by bus.
Sence neden bana inanmıyorlar?
Why don't they believe me, in your opinion?
I also remember a famous tv Turkish show Avrupa Yakası. There were a character called Gaffur he always used kanımca to say "bence". It is also another usage for that but after this tv show, this word sounds funny. An example:
Çok gereksiz bir konuyu tartışıyorsunuz, kanımca
